Xcursions by LifeFx®

What are Xcursions?
Who are they for?

Xcursions by LifeFx® are more than just fun outings. They are immersive, real-world learning experiences designed to build executive function, life skills, and social confidence in middle school students entering grades 6–8.

Think of Xcursions as hands-on executive function coaching in action. Each adventure is led by the LifeFx team and intentionally designed to strengthen the skills that help students think, feel, and act with more confidence and independence.

For students navigating neurodiversity, social challenges, anxiety, or the everyday ups and downs of middle school, Xcursions offer a playful and engaging way to practice real-life skills in real-life settings.

At each Xcursion, students work toward age-appropriate goals while connecting with peers in a supportive and inclusive environment. Our Xcursions are fun, yes, but they are also packed with purpose!
