What are Executive Function Skills?
They’re the brain’s “control center”- the mental processes that help us plan, stay focused, manage time, and tackle multiple tasks successfully. At camp, we’ll explore three key areas:
- How we act (self-regulation)
How we feel (emotional awareness)
How we think (problem-solving and organization)
Your child will leave camp with a “toolbox” of strategies they can use every day to make life smoother, less stressful, and way more fun. Together, we’ll give your child the tools to thrive with confidence, creativity, and focus!
