The Executive Function Skills Assessment is the starting point for all individuals beginning services at LifeFx. This assessment evaluates executive function strengths, areas of opportunity, and how skills compare to same-age peers.

All assessment data is reviewed by Dr. Rachelle Hansen, who prepares a full written report summarizing results and uses the findings to design a customized coaching plan. Families and individuals also receive a phone call with Dr. Hansen to review the results together and discuss next steps.

• Individuals who have completed a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation within the past 12 months may complete a Brief Executive Function Assessment, provided they are willing to share their prior report so existing data can be integrated into curriculum planning.

• Individuals who have not completed a recent neuropsychological evaluation will complete the Full Executive Function Skills Assessment, ensuring a complete and current data set to guide coaching.

This process ensures all LifeFx coaching is data-informed, individualized, and grounded in a clear understanding of how each person’s unique brain works.

Clinical-Level Executive Function Coaching is not a starting point.

To be eligible, individuals must first complete a minimum of six traditional LifeFx Executive Function Coaching sessions. This ensures they have a foundational understanding of LifeFx tools and strategies.
