Secure Virtual Visits
Regardless of current pandemic conditions, virtual visits are always offered to students and coaches who may be feeling a little under the weather but still able to attend, have transportation issues, have scheduling conflicts, live in rural or underserved areas, or are housebound. Let your coach or a member of our team know what makes you most comfortable.
Special Precautions for COVID-19
The measures we have implemented in accordance with CDC guidelines for in-person services are:
- limiting occupant capacity
- strict sanitation measures between in-person sessions
- asking everyone, including staff, patients, and visitors to practice social distancing and wear masks in the lobby.

Scheduling
Coaches have specific times for in-person appointments while also offering Virtual Sessions. The goal is to minimize in-person traffic to protect the health and safety of you, your loved ones and our staff while still providing needed services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Attending an appointment in-person implies consent and understanding of the risk of exposure to the coronavirus (or other public health risk).
