Executive Function Skills Assessment
Understanding how your unique brain works
The Executive Function Skills Assessment is the starting point for all individuals beginning services at LifeFx.
This assessment helps us understand executive function strengths, areas of opportunity, and how skills compare to same-age peers. Most importantly, it gives us a clear picture of how each unique brain works so coaching can be personalized from the very beginning.
All assessment data is reviewed by Dr. Rachelle Hansen. She prepares a full written report summarizing the results and uses the findings to design a customized coaching plan.
There are two assessments:
- Full Executive Function Skills Assessment – $469
For individuals who have not completed a neuropsychological evaluation in the last 12 months. - Brief Executive Function Assessment – $336
For individuals who have completed a comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation within the past 12 months and are willing to share their report so existing data can be integrated into planning.
This process ensures that all LifeFx coaching is thoughtful, individualized, and grounded in meaningful data.

Complete 6 Coaching Sessions
Building skills with consistency and support
Coaching at LifeFx is offered in bundles of six sessions. Each session is 50 minutes and fully customized based on assessment results and your individual goals.
The fee for a 6-session coaching bundle is $576.
We recommend scheduling your first six sessions weekly or every other week to build momentum and establish consistency. Regular sessions allow skills to be practiced, refined, and strengthened over time.
You will manage your own scheduling to allow for easy planning. Sessions are offered in-person and virtual.
Coaching Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: Sessions begin at 9:00 AM, with the last session starting at 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Progress Check-In with Call Dr. Hansen
Pausing to reflect and plan next steps
After your sixth coaching session, you will meet with Dr. Rachelle Hansen for a 30- minute Progress Check-In Call.
This is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and evaluate:
- What is working well
- Where continued growth is needed
- How we want to move forward
Our goal at LifeFx is to coach individuals toward independence. We provide more frequent support and accountability in the beginning, then gradually space sessions out as skills strengthen and confidence builds.
The average student completes three coaching bundles, or 18 sessions. Typically, sessions begin weekly, then move to every two to three weeks, and eventually every three to six weeks as progress continues.
Every six sessions, we pause and check in to ensure meaningful progress is being made. If adjustments are needed, we make them. This ensures we are moving in the right direction and not simply going through the motions.
Our goal is steady growth and ultimately, building the skills needed so LifeFx is no longer necessary.
Does LifeFx Work with Insurance?
No, LifeFx does not work directly with insurance.
LifeFx is private pay and does not bill insurance. We can provide an itemized receipt with the necessary codes for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Some families have also used HSA/FSA or CADI/Medical Waiver funds. Coverage depends on your specific plan.
If reimbursement is not an option, we offer flexible payment plans and are happy to work with you to create one that fits your budget!
