Next Up · Thursday, October 8 · 4:30–6:00 PM

Picky Eating, ARFID & Neurodivergent Nutrition

Parents and caregivers will join Brenna Thompson, registered dietitian and integrative nutrition specialist, for a practical conversation about supporting nutrition when food is challenging.

At the same time, tweens and teens will head to Lakewinds Food Co-op for a food-themed scavenger hunt and snacks.

Building Conversations

Giving families a place to learn, connect, and try new tools together.

Connection for You

Parents and caregivers connect with psychologists, therapists, and guest experts to explore self-care, co-regulation, communication, and practical parenting support. Each conversation offers strategies families can use at home, at school or work, and in the community.

Curious what we talk about? Past conversations have included healthy screen habits, co-regulation and self-care, navigating holiday stress, and neurodivergent transitions to adulthood.

Connection for Your Child

Students spend time with coaches practicing friendship, social skills, and executive function tools through activities that make connection feel more natural. Each session is designed to build confidence and give students room to connect, participate, and try new things in ways that feel comfortable and authentic to them.

Curious what students get up to? Past activities have included kitten and bunny visits, board games, video games, craft projects, and community outings.
